Attorney at Law with experience in the legal area since 2005. The development areas are in the public as well as businesses, with emphasis on consultancy and litigation specialized in criminal law, measurement and strategic negotiation, company’s Criminal liability, criminal compliance.

 

Counseling for crisis management in litigious context, legal advice for victims, crime prevention programs, economic and financial criminal law, patrimonial and tax criminal law, criminal law for public servants. Also family criminal law, international extradition procedures and human rights.

 

Before joining Toulet and Gottfried, was founding partner of the firm Torres Attorneys in Mexico’s Northern Border.

 

With her experience in the Public area, she worked as a specialized assistant at Mexico’s General Attorney’s Office and District Courts in Criminal Matters in Ciudad Juarez, Chih. Mexico.

 

In March 2019, she gave the conference: "Legal consequences of child maltreatment" in collaboration with the Municipal System for the Integral Protection of Children and Adolescents for the Municipality of Juárez (SIPINNA).
