She joined the firm in January 2021. She previously was involved in the Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente as a staff member. Her practice focuses on corporate law, advising national and foreign clients on the incorporation and structuring of companies, preparation and control of corporate books, preparation and operational support, restructuring of companies, as well as the sale, acquisition or liquidation of existing companies.

 

She has experience in real estate law collaborating in legal audit procedures (due diligence) for sales and acquisitions of companies representing clients in industrial, commercial, and housing transactions.

 

She has directed business regulatory compliance projects with an emphasis on labor subcontracting, advising companies that provide or benefit from specialized services (REPSE).

 

Her practice includes monitoring fiscal, administrative, environmental and immigration procedures to comply with federal, state, and local regulations to enforcement out operations in Mexico.
