Last December 31, 2020, the State of Chihuahua published a tax benefit to taxpayers that pay the payroll tax. This benefit consists on a monthly tax discount to employers that have less than 50 employees according to the following table:
It will apply to each of the payment periods of the fiscal year in 2021, which are covered in time, as long as the taxpayer is up to date in its payments and the payroll tax benefit is requested before January 31, 2021.
